At Blank Street, opposite Camden Market, I had an exceptional experience. They offer a different range of cold and hot Matcha beverages. I chose the cold Daydream Matcha, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly

It was a pleasure being served by Joseph today. He prepared two drinks for me (pistachio Latte & Dream Latte), and his service was exemplary. He was attentive, efficient, and had a very pleasant demeanor. He took the time to ensure my drinks were made to my liking, and his friendly attitude created a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciate his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. I would happily be served by Joseph again.
Super tasty matcha iced latte’s... I had the strawberry shortcake and my mate had the rhubarb and custard. They were both delicious... gonna get myself another one when I’m back in Camden!
This is a very cute and brilliantly presentable location where the barista, went above and beyond to make me the best vanilla fudge matcha latte with oat milk. Temperature of the beverage was perfection. I asked for a pistachio cookie when I was under the impression that it was the last one, they are indeed very popular so Matt proceeded to serve it out with ease and confidence. Matt was having a bad day, however this didn’t stop him from serving the goodies with a smile as we exchanged banter, he ended up confessing it wasn’t the last pistachio cookie, shattering my hope and illusion that I was that special customer, but I decided to overlook that, knowing he’s still an awesome person who cares about giving you a good customer service experience! 5 freaking stars all the way!
I was so indecisive but a really lovely member of Staff called Phoebe recommended the new strawberry shortcake matcha. She made my experience amazing and she was geuinely one of the nicest people ever. Thank you so much Phoebe :)
